This ship is probably in the upper half of the screen when the Enterprise-D flies through the debris field.

The Chekov was built by Ed Miarecki using the AMT/ERTL 1/2500 Enterprise-D saucer, bridge from the AMT/ERTL 1/1400 Enterprise-D kit. Upper and lower secondary hull from the AMT/ERTL 1/2500 Enterprise-D kit and a coffin-like pod was custom-made and two marker-pens as warp nacelles.
